I’m strangely fascinated by this mash-up (.mov 22MB) of Missy Eliot’s “Get ur Freak on” and Joy Division’s “Love will Tear Us Apart.” Then, when my iPod chose to play Kelis’s “Milkshake (DJ Zinc Remix)” right after Joy Division’s “Atmosphere,” I couldn’t help but notice the similar prominent toms. No good will come of this (sorry, Ian).
