I'm curious about information -- how people find it, use it, and produce it. I'm a student of history, information science and digital design. The artifacts that people use to communicate and express themselves, from clay tablets to PDA's, make up the thread that strings together my interests.
FieldNotes is where I keep pointers to stuff I find interesting for work and life.

Feel free to buy me things and send me . Or, perhaps you would like to view my FOAF data. You had better create yours, too, because one doesn't really exist unless it's spelled out in RDF.
A number of sections on this site are maintained with MovableType and I've made use of a few Perl scripts including RSSdisplay from Decaf Bad.
